The TANDOOR is a tall cylindrical clay oven which has been used in India for thousands of years. Tandoori cooking – considered more of an art than a science – allows the cook to exercise fully the range of his creative ingenuity. The process of baking, roasting and grilling can be achieved simultaneously. there is nothing more exciting then the wholesome tasting bread of India baked in a Tandoor. Tandoori chicken, lamb, fish and all other meats are marinated in a delightful, delicately – spiced yogurt marinate, then cooked in a Tandoor for a seductive flavor and tantalizing aromas.
